The home stay is 10-25 minutes away from the school and tends to be a house or an apartment. However, the word “family” should not be taken too literally, because your family could be a single parent, a married couple, or an elderly individual. The place does not possess more than 3 rooms to be rented.
Generally they have pets and outdoor spaces such as a garden, a balcony, front yard or backyard. They also offer meal services. Single rooms can be booked up, generally with a shared bathroom. These houses are conditioned to receive guests and provide services such as changing of sheets and towels once a week. Moreover, the host family makes an effort to try and make the guest feel like a member of the fami ly. Thi s accommodation will offer the student the opportunity to experience the common life of an Argentinean family.
The residence is a house or an apartment, and these residences do not have more than 6 rooms to be rented. Breakfast is included whereas other meals are managed by meal vouchers that can be used in certain restaurants.
Our residences are open to both sexes and are located throughout the city in different neighborhoods. They have all the facilities that students could need: wide common spaces, computer lab, and private or shared rooms.
Upon request, a 24-hour transfer service is available for students from and to the airport for $50.
